Scope of Work:
We built seven new buildings including library, classroom, gymnasium, science laboratory, mechanical building, book storage and covered walkway at an operational, occupied, community college campus. The structures are 91,932 SF of steel framed buildings and 24,300 SF of wood framed buildings. The multi-building site included integrated mechanical, electrical, communication, data distribution, energy management, security systems, and other related sub systems.
