Scope of Work:

Construction of a new Middle/High school located in Hercules, California. The work included 18 wood framed buildings approximately 167,000 SF: Two gym buildings with locker rooms, bleachers and wood gym floors, two multi-purpose buildings with full kitchens, one two-story administration and library building. Twelve class room building with four rooms each. All buildings are CMU clad with metal roofing and all buildings include mechanical, electrical, date and communication systems. The site work included grading and paving of roads and parking lots, underground electrical, sewer, water, storm drain and fire water systems and landscaped football and baseball fields with bleachers.

The work at these sites also included modernization including painting, new roofs and campus wide fire alarm and communication systems. Much of the modernization work had to be done with students present which required much coordination.

The work included 5 separate buildings, approximately 51,000 SF, including administrative wing, library wing, two two-story classroom wings and multi-purpose building. All buildings are wood framed with stucco exterior. The site work included amphitheater, 3 playgrounds, staff and visitor parking, bus loop and a 31,500 SF ball field.
