Tom Arntz, Secretary/Treasurer
A graduate of University of California Santa Barbara in 1977 and holds a California Contractors License.

Allan Arntz, Vice President/Senior Project Manager
A graduate of University of Nevada in 1972 and holds a California Contractors License.

At the insistence of their father Gene, Allan, Tom and Don Arntz were required to spend at least four years in the field so that they would know what it is like to work hard at the field level, come home tired and dirty, and in the process learn to understand and respect what the people who actually build these projects have to deal with. Allan Arntz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; Tom Arntz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science; and Donald Arntz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. They all have had extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of construction management including project management, estimating, financial management and dispute resolution.
